Role Summary

ShakeSphere is looking for a person who can be leading and managing a team of employees, improve workplace communication and prepare our people for success by using their people-management skills through all activities in the employee life cycle.

From handling interpersonal conflicts to building company culture, they play an important role in the success of an organization. People managers understand their team members and care about the organization and the people in it.

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Seek culture-fit people through recruitment and on-boarding.
  2. Monitoring people’s structure and culture ensuring that it is always the best fit for creating targeted impact.
  3. Mentoring individuals in setting goals and objectives that align with team and organizations, providing guidance and support and ensuring that team members have the resources and support they need to be successful.
  4. Drive team performance by reviewing employee performance evaluations, providing feedback, and helping to develop people skills where needed.
  5. Emphasize clear communication and collaboration through coordinating employee meetings, mentoring and feedback sessions.
  6. Build people continuous growth through learning and development programs.
  7. Create an active-fun workspace through various and consistent activities.
  8. Maintain people care through a well-designed people compensation & benefit.
